Scott Parady

Scott Parady is a Professor at California State University, Sacramento, and is internationally recognized for his contributions to wood-fired ceramics. Parady's contribution to education and opportunities for ceramic artists lead to the formation of the Cobb Mountain Art and Ecology Project, a residency program covering 80 acres, with a 5000-sq.ft. studio housing wood, salt, reduction and electric kilns.The facility consists of a storage barn, large studio, covered kiln area, and a three-bedroom house that accommodates both short and long term residents.
